Parcelify Checkout

Parcelify Checkout is a shipping rate solution that relies on Shopify Carrier Calculated Shipping (CCS). This is the traditional way rates are requested and presented across many couriers and third-party shipping apps.

How it works

  1. After your customer has selected their products and reviewed their cart, they enter Shopify checkout
  2. The customer then enters their shipping information
    • If you have one page checkout enabled, Parcelify rates are requested immediately
    • If you instead use three page checkout, this process begins after clicking Continue to Shipping
  3. Shopify sends Parcelify a list of products in the cart and the shipping address
  4. We use your rate settings to determine what Parcelify rates should be returned
  5. Shopify displays these rates to your customer
